For more than 30 years, we’ve created space for Black and Brown artists, small businesses, families, and community organizations to come together, celebrate culture, and strengthen economic opportunity.
What started as a local gathering has grown into one of Portland’s most beloved multicultural festivals, welcoming over 10,000 attendees each year while staying rooted in community values, equity, and connection.
